LoFlo LITE DUO Panel
Suitable for 16mm Pipework – The ProWarm LoFlo LITE Panels are dual-purpose; so can be used both underneath tiles and under floating floors, such as engineered and laminate flooring. There are two different installation methods which must be adhered to for each flooring type. The same EPS 400 kpA grade is used throughout and do not offer an inferior grade polystyrene for different floor coverings.
Utilising 400kPa grade highly effective polystyrene and a bonded 200-micron aluminium heat diffuser to evenly and rapidly spread the transfer of heat across the floor and ensuring end-user receives the best possible heat output.
ProWarm™ LoFlo™ LITE dual-purpose overlay panels are ultra-strong, lightweight, simple to install and can accept a multitude of different floor coverings such as laminate, engineered wood, and porcelain/ceramic tiles, meaning they are the ideal choice for customers who are yet to decide a finished floor covering.
ProWarm™ LoFlo™ LITE panels are the omly panels on the market that have been approved from the ground up by a recognised leader in the tile adhesives and levelling compound market and member of The Tile Association, Instarmac Group PLC, meaning you or the installer has complete peace of mind when it comes to installing this system.
We stock only the 20mm thick but the thickness of 16mm is to order. ProWarm™ LoFlo™ LITE dual-purpose overlay panels can accommodate 2 different thickness of pipework, depending on the installation.
Pipe spacing of 150mm are applicable for both 20mm and 16mm panels
Each panel is 1200 x 600mm (0.72m2) in coverage meaning you would need 14 boards to cover a 10m2 area for example.

Overlay Straight Screed Board
The Komfort underfloor heating low profile floor system is the perfect solution for both renovation and new build projects. This Komfort Overlay system can be installed over the existing floor with a low build height of only 18 mm. When using these Komfort underfloor heating panels, the costly need to remove any existing floors is eliminated as the UFH Overlay panels can very simply fit on top of the existing floor.
The Komfort UFH Overlay panel offers the perfect answer for a wood or tile floor finish. The Overlay panel design contributes to an easier installation when using these floor finishes and furthermore, when using with a ceramic floor finish, an outstanding 99 watts / mtr² can be achieved (this will depend on floor finishes etc..)
The Komfort UFH 18 mm Overlay panels are DFE (gypsum fibre) made from non flammable Fermacell Gypsum Fibreboard which offers top quality dry flooring elements (DFE), and will integrate with any existing heating system with 150 mm pipe centres for 12 mm pipe.

While some Overlay panels offer only one option of pipework layout, another benefit of the Komfort Overlay DFE Panel is the practicality of installation as it offers the user a choice of pipework design. In addition to this, a quicker installation can be achieved due to the superior design of the Komfort Overlay panels as the need for return panels is eliminated. This allows the 1200 mm x 600 mm universal panels and Komfort 12 mm 5 Layer PE-RT oxygen barrier pipe to be installed with greater ease, making it one of the most flexible Overlay fixing systems in the market.
