I called the company who had installed my underfloor heating system

Having moved into a three year old house earlier this year. I found myself with an underfloor heating system which clearly was not responding to the wireless wall thermostats. The heating loops had not been labelled and one room didn’t work.

I called the company who had installed the underfloor heating system they would not even respond to my telephone calls.

I contacted Westpoint underfloor heating in Monmouth, who swiftly come out to see what the problem was, they had to replace the heating control system as the components fitted were not compatible with each other.I found the company to be extremely helpful and efficient.
I am delighted with the results and I now have a nice warm house, I would thoroughly recommend Westpoint.
